The Noa Fort Quartet is Fort's longest standing group, playing mostly her original jazz-influenced songs as well as beloved standards. Fort is on piano and voice, Josh Deutsch on trumpet, Dan Loomis on bass and Ronen Itzik on drums. Together they developed a unique, cohesive, exploratory and fresh sound. In January 2018 Fort has self released her debut album as a bandleader and composer, No World Between Us. The album immediately gained critical acclaim. All About Jazz called it an album of comforting originality on all fronts...lyrics brimming with timeless themes and it was described as vocal jazz that offers a profound experience for the listener...breathtaking listen by Staccatofy. Their second album "Everyday Actions" came out in 2021 with "Ears and Eyes" label to critical acclaim. Since then the group has played on prestigious venues around the world such as the DC Jazz Fest, Vicenza Jazz Fest, BRIC Jazz Fest and more.
