Twelfth Night presents a vibrant, cross cultural program that weaves together Baroque music with popular Brazilian music - all played on historical instruments in a beautiful garden setting. Featuring a string quartet and harpsichord, this recital showcases the ensemble’s signature blend of historical performance practice and inventive musical collaboration. Together with violinist and composer Felipe Bueno, Twelfth Night explores the possibilities found at the meeting point of 18th century music and Brazil’s rich, improvisatory sound worlds.
