Marcello and his group have performed in some of the premiere venues in California including Sam First, The Grape, The Black Cat, Mr. Tipples. We are called Effervescence because we play with such a deep passion and expression, which audiences love witnessing live.

Music

We play some of the most storied jazz standards as well as Marcello's original music from his two albums as a leader. We are rooted in the jazz tradition, but also play American and Brazilian popular music.
