Mezzo-Soprano

About

I am a Russian-American mezzo-soprano and composer based in New York, performing repertoire that ranges from opera and sacred music to intimate art song and multilingual chamber programs. I began my musical training at the Central Music School of the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory and have appeared as a mezzo-soprano soloist at venues including Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center and the Washington National Cathedral.

I love the intimacy of chamber concerts and salon-style performances, where music becomes a shared experience and storytelling space between performer and audience. Alongside my performing career, I am also a composer and co-founder of the lyric diction platform DictionBuddy.

Music

My repertoire centers on Romantic and early 20th-century vocal music, Russian art song, French mélodie, German Lied, and operatic scenes adapted for intimate performance settings. I especially enjoy creating programs that connect storytelling traditions across cultures and languages.

I perform in ten languages and often include works by Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, Rimsky-Korsakov, Massenet, Saint-Saëns, Verdi, and Wagner, alongside lesser-known gems and contemporary works. I also occasionally present my own compositions and curated thematic programs exploring poetry, mythology, and spiritual themes.
